C$708,200 Flow-Through Share Financing Closed With Mineralfields Group And Individual Investors

Bitterroot Resources Ltd. (BTT, TSX-V) has closed a private placement of 5,901,666 flow-through common shares priced at C$0.12 for gross proceeds of C$708,200. These shares plus 250,000 broker warrants will be subject to a hold period expiring April 11, 2010. The shares were placed with a number of individual investors and three limited partnerships administered by MineralFields Group. The proceeds will be used to fund ongoing exploration on Bitterroot's Mineral Creek, North Brenda and SPN gold/silver properties in British Columbia.
